  I would like to thank Mel for listening and recognizing the urgency of my issue when I called. He was absolutely on target with his assessment . He sent Skyler, who was quick to respond and confirm the diagnosis. It was a pleasure to converse with Skyler as he took the time to further explain what was wrong and discuss what needed to be done to fix it. Daunhaur….has always been the right company for me.

  Justin and Elijah were excellent. Justin kept me informed throughout the process and explained what was happening at each step. They showed me the work before and after completion and confirmed everything was functioning properly prior to sealing the ejector. If any future service is needed, I would greatly appreciate having Justin and/or Elijah assigned to the job.

  I have been going around and around with this company. I had a new hvac system installed which is a large amount of money. I was shown a place that I agreed to a hole being cut through my brick in the front of my house which was not in anyone’s sight line to a PVC pipe just sticking out near my front door. The hvac supervisor was made aware of my issue the day of installation and I was told he would contact me. Guess what…. that has never happened to busy to reach out to a very unsatisfied customer. When I call their customer service everyone seems so helpful but all they do is listen with no action. I would not recommend and am very disappointed, to spend that much money and hate what they did to my house is very upsetting and the company sure doesn’t seem to care that they have a unhappy customer!!

  I actually had a terrible experience to tell the truth. And I'll never call again. To start off, guy called me a few minutes before 8, saying he would be at my house between 20-30 minutes, which would have put him here around 8:30. Did not show up until after 9. Guy was rude and condescending. He kept telling me things "should" be fine when it comes to gas lines in my house, got mad when my wife went to get a $5 part that he wanted to go get and charge me well over $100 for. Finally convinced him to go under my house and check the gas lines, which he went out to get his little head lamp. Came back into MY house, stood in my entry way and stared at me like he had a problem. After he stopped staring at me, he finally went in the crawlspace, then comes back into MY house again with the same smart ass comments and looked at me to say "you seem very choosy of what you want to pay for" when I told him I'm not happy with "should be fine answers". To top it all off, looks at me and said, well you could have done this yourself, you've done most of the work, you even had "her" (my wife) go get the part, which I'll add wasn't even needed. I wish I would have never called you all to begin with, and sure with I had not have paid you $100 for some smart ass with a bad attitude to come into MY house and act the way he did. I paid $100 for him to do nothing but disrespect me and be a smart ass in my own home and I'm still not happy about it... I don't know how he normally acts but if he does this to everyone I'm surprised you all still have a business left. My husband left this review today to the company and he heard no response lol. UPDATE 4/23/26 I have called for days regarding this matter and one man was helpful stating that management would call. They left my husband a voicemail, I called back and left a message requesting a call back on this matter and they will not return our calls. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will continue to call until we have answers as to why this business treated us this way.

  I could not be more happy with the service I received. This was the second plumber I had called to fix a clogged drain in an upstairs bathroom. Previously, I struggled with simply getting someone to show up and when they did, they always had excuses such as they left their tools at another job. However, that was not the case here. I scheduled with Dauenhauer early this morning through their website. Within minutes I had a plumber (Hunter) reached out to tell me when to expect him same day. He arrived exactly when he told me he would and had the plumbing issue resolved quickly. Hunter was knowledgeable and efficient. I also appreciated he took the time to explain the issue and how he fixed it. Only company to call from now on.
