Even when we had a hiccup in scheduling, Mikael Miller and Schon Holman kept in contact with me to ensure I had everything I needed and that they were completing the job just like I wanted. Both followed up with me and kept me in the loop. Work was exceptional, too! (I had to repair wood in the door threshold and replace a door trim.)

Schon Holman did an excellent job as Project Manager and Lead Technician—he kept everything organized, communicated clearly, and made sure every detail was handled. Tim Phillips, as Lead Carpenter and Working Supervisor, was equally impressive. His craftsmanship and attention to detail really stood out, and it was clear he takes pride in doing things the right way. Plus, they are incredibly kind. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and exceeded our expectations. It’s not easy to find a team you can fully trust in this line of work, but BACK Construction absolutely delivered. Highly recommend—10/10.
