Almost 2 years ago I was in a bind and needed a shed asap as my last shed collapsed. I took the rent to own option knowing that it would be a bad move. I've done rent to owns with a lot of other businesses but nothing to this extreme. I've made payements on time every month for 2 years thinking I was close to my last payment. To my suprise i'm not even close. I paid $2,650 for a used shed they were having a hard time off loading, and after making payments on it for 2 years I still owe $3800 on it .... so PLEASE for anyone wanting to take that route DON'T !!! I spoke with Jason and said they need to just do away with the rent to own option as it can put a lot of someones hard earned money and throw it right out the window. I guess I wasn't explained the details clearly bc I don't think I would have EVER signed that contract if I would have known this.
