However, the company they use for the installation RW Flooring is a complete disaster. RW in-turn outsource their work to independent contractors who take on multi jobs and are not accountable. LL collects the money for installation upfront and with so many companies involved there is very poor planning and sense of ownership. Use them for install at your own risk...at my home the installation of 1600 sq ft flooring stretched over 1.5 months...even after repeated escalations etc...however the folks at the store and the regional offices were helpful...the corporate customer service is terrible...and avoid RW at all costs....
