We purchased a new system from them that took a week longer than promised. It was dual zone and they forgot about the vent in the garage so they added a vent to the upstairs. They left us without a downstairs thermometer. I have repeatedly called and they do not respond. The last conversation promised the thermostat would be here in November. I called the office and spoke with Th heir after hours person 12/24 and advised of errors on the unit, needing status on the thermostat and requested a call back when they opened. They still haven't called. I had to reset the whole unit but have no idea why it had issues. Just avoid this company. We may never get what we paid for and it was not a cheap project.

The guys that came out were very professional, honest, and the price was very reasonable. A few days later my gas heat wouldn’t kick on, obviously completely unrelated. I called them back up and they sent a guy that night, he went over what happened and explained everything. So grateful for this company and will definitely be using them for any future needs!
