Broke the plug for the drain in the basement, used our good broom in the basement where the sewage backup was happening, all of which could have been avoided or been ok if they had just said something about it or asked. Instead I was left to find out this had happened. And for $450+ dollars I would expect a bit more respect for my personal things and at the very least for the repairmen to have their own tools they can use instead of using the ones they just so happen to find lying around. Not exactly pleased with this visit. 10/28 Update: The team at OnTime reach back out to me today and apologized for what had happened and offered to replace the broom and floor drain. I appreciate them for being so quick on responding to me and being willing to do so. Too many companies will send you an email or letter saying sorry with a discount code which always feels disingenuous, so it was very nice to hear from an actual employee. This is the kind of service that makes me more understanding and willing to try their services again despite what happened. Thank you OnTime team for being so responsive and considerate.
