I originally ordered windows in October 2021, and they weren’t installed until May 2022. During installation, the crew forced some of the windows into place—literally beating them in—despite me telling them multiple times that each window had a specific location. Not long after, water began leaking from my ceiling in two different places. Although they came out several times and claimed the issue wasn’t related to the windows, it was clear the flashing had been installed incorrectly, allowing water to get behind it. After six months, a service tech finally confirmed everything was done wrong. The company made the subcontracted installer pay for the damage, even though they were the ones who hired him. They sent someone else out to “fix” the flashing, but the windows are still leaking. As of today—July 2025—I’ve been waiting since May 31st for someone to follow up and actually correct the issue. I’ve documented everything, including pictures and messages. The ongoing water damage and mold this has caused in my home is awful. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone.

It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes.
