My technician shows up on time and ready to work. Parts needed to be ordered for one of units, otherwise both units would have been serviced and cleaned on their first initial visit. Parts were ordered, received and installed two days later. Extremely satisfied with my transaction with this company!! I will definitely be doing business with Chilly Ben’s in the future.
