  Ivan and team did a great job on my parents basement. They were very professional and respectful while in their house. They also did a thorough job cleaning up after the work was done.

  Tyler, Ron, and John (or the "John's" as I called them) did a fantastic job. They were respectful and professional throughout the entire job. Perhaps most importently they were very patient with all of my questions about the job. Our dogs thought they were pretty cool which goes a long way influencing how I feel about people. Would I use the Basement Dr. again? Sure! I would also welcome the chance to hang out with the same crew again. (dogs agree).

  We had the best experience with the basement Dr they were great A communicating and completing a thorough and wonderful job. They cleaned up their mess. There was a little dust and they were very friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend them for any work that you may need for your basements needs.

  I had two different crews. Keith and Dave lifted the concrete on my driveway and backpatio. It looks great. Had a little issue, they came right back out and fixed it very nice guys. Nate ,Hugo & Erich did a lyft on the corner of the back of my house.Also really nice guys. Did a great job. Thanks

  I am very pleased with the work completed by Basement Doctor on my lifting and repair job on my concrete driveway and my front walk up to my home. I had 4 concrete slabs lifted and 2 others re-inforced using the PolyLevel System. After the lifting was completed, they repaired cracks by grinding them down level and filling them with their Nexus Pro Sealant. They also sealed all of the joints between the slabs and my sidewalk with Nexus Pro Sealant and color matched the sealant to the slab color with sand so the sealant in any of the joints and cracks so they were not as noticeable. The color match is amazing and my driveway and walk look great. The repair team was made up of Keith H and David J. Both men were very friendly respectful and professional. They were meticulous in their workmanship and their attention to detail is second to none. They went out their way to make sure the job was completed with as much perfection as humanly possible. They were very knowledgeable and able to all answer my questions. Before the job was begun, Kevin Brandenburg the PolyLevel Manager came out and reviewed the job and gave me an estimate on the work. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly, he gave me a complete rundown of what the job entailed and explained the whole process and answered all my questions. He also fully explained the warranty on his products. The warranty on their products and workmanship is outstanding. The price he quoted was very fair and included things that other contractors charge extra for. I had 5 different contractors give me estimates on the job and Basement Doctor gave the best value for the money and was the most complete and fair in the whole process. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Basement Doctor on my slab lifting and concrete repair on my driveway. The workmanship was second to none and I am extremely pleased with their work. I highly recommend them for their quality of work and the way they care about their customers. I would never hesitate to do work for me again. Everyone I have dealt with at Basement Doctor whether it be the office staff, Kevin Brandenburg the Manager, or the workers - Keith H and David J have been great. All are all customer oriented, they do their jobs well and you tell they really care about the customer and their needs. The whole experience of dealing with Basement Doctor was fantastic from start to finish. I have included some before and after photos of my driveway as examples of the work completed.
