  I paid 1500 to have my air conditioning unit moved because of sinking in the ground. I called about a month or two later because yhe unit was lowering on each side. They came out and did nothing. I was charged 89.00 for them to do nothing to correct their shoddy work. In addition, I am charged 20.00 a month for what services. My ac unit has not been checked for the winter, so what does this 20.00 a month cover. No service! I am very unhappy and do not plan on paying the 89.00 for doing nothing to fix the problem. I also will be looking for another company to service my unit.

  Synergy should be very proud to have an employee like Dixon. We called, he came out on time. He fixed our small base problem and was very polite. We would recommend synergy and their employee's to our family and friends .Thanks again Dixon keep up the great work. John ,Linda Scott.
