- CTCaitlin TJul 29, 20231.0Terrible! Nobody would ever get back with a plan. Contacted Frankfort branch multiple times and finally reached out to corporate which said they would reach out. Got a text saying I’d have a plan by the end of week (which is more than a month from original time frame) No communication at all! Will be looking into other options.
- BWBob WalkerSep 27, 20221.0Filled out forms online and also left messages. Received a call from Salesman (Todd Butler) after 3 weeks and gave him the information I had already completed on-line. He said to give him a couple of days and he would get me a quote. Been two weeks and I have not heard back from anyone. Do not waste your time with this company.

There were no issues and no surprises and everything that I asked of them they were happy to do. Couldn't be more pleased with this company. The extra cost was well worth not having the usual headaches when dealing with construction.
