- APAmberley ProfittDec 13, 20255.0I had an amazing experience working with Mark. He was very thorough and precise, even coming to our house twice to measure and check things. He used his design experience to create an amazing transformation in our outdated kitchen. We had met with other companies and no one could bring our tricky situation to fruition except Mark! The process was very seamless with W Stephens and our contractor. Our cabinets and counters have been installed for about 9 months and there is absolutely nothing I would change! I recommend to everyone!
- KMKyra MalleryDec 8, 20251.0I’m extremely disappointed with the way this business treats the delivery drivers who keep their operations running. A driver was denied access to the restroom while delivering a package, and the employee insisted it was “for customers only.” If a business relies on delivery services, the very least they can do is show basic decency and allow drivers to use the restroom. These workers are on the road all day, often without access to use the bathroom. It’s much safer for these drivers to ask a business than a random house that they are delivering to! Refusing something so simple is unkind, unprofessional, and shows a lack of respect for the people supporting their business. I hope management reconsiders their policies and shows more humanity toward essential workers. Please do better!!

3. Design and proposal creation – using the details from your consultation and in-home visit, your designer will create 3D designs and prepare a proposal.
4. Review and finalize – meet with your designer again to go over the designs, discuss details, and finalize your proposal.
How long does it take?
Depending on your product selection, cabinets need to be designed, ordered, manufactured, and shipped to our warehouse. This process typically takes 5 to 8 weeks before they’re ready for delivery to your home.

We don’t recommend either option due to concerns about durability and the limited number of professionals who can execute them well.

We partner with experienced, licensed contractors who provide their service proposals. Alternatively, we’re happy to work with your preferred contractor.
