  I thought they were fair with me. I will use agin. One thing i wish there was a way to have free tool pickup from them, i understand its probably not economically feasable but i wish it could be. Or atleast where u could have them pick it up for a reasonable fee. Like the persons wage and gas , plus 10 percent or something. I wanted them to come pick up a ladder i rented because i was heavy as hell and it was just me took everythimg i had to get it onto the truck bymyself to return it, but the charge was like 170 bucks to come pick it up. Thats the only thing that i wish was better about tool rental, however its not there problem and i did not factor it into the rating. Again they were fair and gave me a good rate, also they helped me load and unload the ladder at there yard.
