He got me on his schedule quickly, showed up on time, did a great job on the repairs, and didn’t leave a trace of mess behind. Mike is also extremely friendly and communicated everything well every step of the way. I was glad the owner operator of this company personally performed the work unlike many companies that just farm out jobs to subs which typically jacks the price up in my experience. I would not hesitate to hire him again!!!

There was an area at the back of my house where the gutter and fascia had separated from the roof due to rotted wood. Having only lived in the area for a short time, I was uneasy about finding someone to fix it; then a neighbor recommended Mike. He was prompt for our initial meeting, his quote was clear and broken down into labor, materials, etc. which I appreciated. During the work itself, he was upfront with timing and price when there looked to be possible extra work. Also, Mike and his co-workers were very patient with my 5 million questions during the process. I also called Thompson Roofing for an area of concern at the front of the house which turned out to be an easy fix. Mike kindly fit me into the schedule to take a look and put my mind at ease.
