  Installer was very knowledgeable and efficient, changed my 2 springs in 30 minutes and gave me a few pointers on how to keep it working properly

  Our garage door had a broken spring; with my wife’s car trapped inside. We contacted A&E Door and they were incredible with a quick response and full repair the next day. Our garage is fixed and my wife’s car is free again. Big stress completely mitigated by A&E Door experience. Thanks!

  Repeated positive experience with A&E Door & Windows in Florence. I had my front entry door, rear entry door with storm doors and a matching full view stationary door installed. I compared pricing with Anderson and Gilkey and A&E had the best pricing. Doors are from ProVia. Doors came in earlier than expected and were installed by a team of professionals. Tressa is great to work with and I’m confident in the knowledge she has knowing I am getting top notch doors and options to choose from. I previously used them for two single garage doors and the entry door from the garage into my home. I would highly recommend this local company.

  Great service from AE Door! From the first call to schedule the appointment and discuss the issue, (spring broke) they clearly explained the expected costs, reviewed the warranty, and set clear timeframe expectations. The morning of the appointment, Kevin called with a 4-hour arrival window. During the service, he was fantastic—friendly, personable, professional, quick, and efficient. He also took the time to explain the issue and thoroughly answer my questions. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend!
