- JJJason “JehPeg”May 14, 20243.0Interesting place, the individual that answers the phone isn’t the easiest to talk to and don’t try to get a time for delivery of materials that will get them really irritated. Tried to get a time scheduled for delivery around 1 pm so I could work half a day and be home to open the gate to our yard so they would have an easy time dumping some top soil for me. Needless to say the top soil delivery did not arrive around 1 after I had talked to a delivery driver at the business as well as the individual that answered the phone and works the front desk. The delivery arrived a little after 5 that evening which was just after the rain started. As the so called top soil slide out of the dump truck which had a great turning radius to back in the gate in the alley, I noticed some clumps which I hoped would break up later, they did not, those clumps were rocks the size of soft balls and some bigger. After it was out of the truck I noticed some mulch in the mix of dark semi top soil and rocks. I will probably not be using this business again due to the individual that answers the phone and works front desk, their people skills / customer service seem to be lacking, the only reason I gave 3 stars is because the delivery drivers were easy to talk to and gave the most information. Please see photo of the material delivered.

One guy said they needed a verbal confirmation from the office, I said she just said it on the radio when I was paying for it!! Find somewhere else to get your gravel!!
