First load was 4 hours late causing second load to be done next day. Driver wouldn't listen to the way I wanted it spread because and I quote "I've been this for almost 20 years I know how to spread gravel" so instead of listening I have gravel spread 20 foot long 4 inches thick and another section 11 foot 7 inches and before I could say anything to the driver he had pulled out the driveway without even locking his tailgate and locking the bed down. now I have to shovel all by hand

- BHBryan HicksOct 17, 20171.0AVOID AVOID AVOID. My family moved to the area and used tri-state to do some remodeling, hoping to finish before we moved in. A week to week and a half job took over 2 months. They painted several rooms in the house and we had to call them back twice to repair. They did some drywall work and when they replaced the crown molding they pieced it together with several sections instead of one long strip; we had them come back and replace that. The tiled the shower was the worst. Grout washed away in several locations and had to be repaired, the shower door was the wrong size and took 5 weeks to replace, and the quality under delivered for the price. Poor communication between management and the laborers lead to a lot of confusion and mistakes. Very rarely did the same people show up to continue work, so the laborers were always asking us for progress reports. Time after time we were promised a workforce the following day which would never show; this is very inconvenient for a stay at home mom with three kids. Overall, we had a very poor experience and will be sure to use other forms of social media to warn others.
