  This is a really great company. They answer the phone, they are knowledgeable, exceedingly nice and the price was reasonable. After a few months of calling other companies in Louisville and everyone of them telling us we needed a new system, we called One Choice. They came out, listened to our needs and we have nice cool air for a fraction of the price of replacing the entire system. These other companies weren't necessarily wrong, it's just that One Choice Mechanical truly listened and gave us a solution that was exactly what we needed. Thanks again to Bailey, Sean, and Yandy, just some of the nicest people!

  Dawson Overberg with One Choice Mechanical was my assigned technician. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and beyond respectful of the property by always using coverings over his boots -- despite having to re-entry several times. In addition, Dawson had to climb up a 30 ft ladder onto a roof multiple times, during a hot humid day. Hopefully he is paid well! I highly recommend OCM for all your HVAC repairs, replacement, and maintenance in Louisville.

  Bailey and his crew are phenomenal. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC or plumbing services. They’re prompt, professional, fairly priced, and always communicate clearly. Their responsiveness and overall quality of service are top-notch.

  Wow!! We are so pleased with our experience and the expertise that Dawson has shown when working on the ducts and installing a new piece of hvac equipment in our home. He was so conscientious and considerate when moving through our house. He wore booties over his shoes in order to keep mess to an absolute minimum. We will not use another company!

  I contacted One Choice Mechanical because one of my furnaces was making noise. During the visit, I also asked about improving the air quality in my home. The technician focused primarily on upselling air quality solutions and provided multiple quotes in the thousands of dollars. When I redirected the conversation back to the original issue, I was told about a maintenance service that included biannual inspections for both units under a yearly fee. After the technician left, I called to move forward with that service and scheduled an appointment. However, my appointment was canceled because they prioritized other customers, and it was never rescheduled. Since then, I have been receiving monthly invoices for services that were never performed. These invoices are now marked as over 90 days past due. I contacted the office to resolve the issue and was met with a very dismissive and rude response. Although I was told it was a mistake and would be corrected, the billing notices and collection-style messages have continued. This experience raises serious concerns about their billing system, customer service, and overall reliability. Charging customers for services not rendered and failing to correct the issue after being notified is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.
