We had two very large windows replaced at our home in Lake Lorelei. Our installer Brett and his helper did a fantastic job! It changed the whole look of our home. I couldn't recommend Window World more! Our estimator did not pressure us to commit. We called him back up to move ahead. Price, Quality and Install is A++. Thanks again.

I had taken some measurements for 8 windows at my house. I wrote out the measurements, style, and color I was looking for. I had Window World quote it out. I got a few other quotes and after receiving all the quotes I had selected Window World. Window World was not the cheapest but they were prompt in getting a response so that ultimately is why I chose them. I had selected a date for the sales rep to come out and field measure. On the date of the field measuring the sales rep showed up 5 minutes late. No big deal things happen. This is the part that gets interesting. What I thought was going to be pretty routine of grabbing some measurements and taking the deposit was anything but. The sales rep fumbles through his briefcase and it had a ton of papers scattered throughout. At first he couldn’t find his stuff so I printed out the original quote. By the time I got back from the printer he had found all his documents. It just seemed a little odd to me. After looking through the house at the windows and looking at what he quoted for about 30 minutes he asked me to come over to the table to review. He mentioned he made a mistake in quoting and the price was roughly $2k higher than what he quoted. At this point Window World is the highest quote I received. After showing him what I had quoted he mentioned that he couldn’t match. I don’t think it was intentional but it had me thinking this whole thing didn’t seem that organized. He was friendly which was nice but the whole situation was annoying. I have an option of buying Pella Windows and having a local guy install and still being more cost effective than Window World which I didn’t think I would be considering at this point. Overall nice people, just a little disorganized.

I had 2 garage windows replaced that are at the front of the house. Window World matched all the other windows that are front facing. They did a great job matching the color and design.

Just had windows installed by Brett/Charles yesterday and to this point everything has been as promised. From Matt in sales to the finish it has been first class. After researching several companies WW had the best price and a great window. Time will tell, but this was a great experience.

Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.
Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?
All windows and patio doors we sell come with a manufacturer’s lifetime limited warranty and a repair labor guarantee, good for as long as you own your home! Contact us or see our warranties page for more details.
What happens to my old windows?
