With a 4 month old son you can imagine the stress this caused. Maeser technician Mikael came out within a few hours of us calling and diagnosed the issues and presented our options. We decided it was time to purchase a whole new system instead of putting a band aid on the old system. Made another call to Maeser and they sent out a sales rep, Codey who also responded the same day! He helped us work thru different options and the very next day we had a new system! Justice and Austin were here first thing that day and got it all taken care of. We have heat!! Cannot speak highly enough to the personable approach each of the gentlemen had during our interactions. Glad to have chosen Maeser for our project. THANK YOU!
- DPDon PeltonJan 20, 20265.0Nick Kessler from Maeser is a superhero and you should give him a raise immediately. LG&E shut off the gas in our whole house due to a leak of uncertain origin. Nick came in the morning in time to talk to the LG&E guy. Then, after a thorough survey of the situation, he gave us the option of replacing our water heater or merely replacing the control unit. We opted to replace the whole water heater. Not only did Nick do a beautiful job of replacing the heater, he rationalized the routing of the gas pipes (and replaced an old dubious valve) in the basement leading up to the fireplace in the living room. Throughout the many hours he worked here, he was consistently professional and helpful, taking care to keep us informed every step of the way. Maeser is now at the top of our phone list for plumbing and other problems.
