  I paid in advance. After a week and a half with no wotk fobe, I was told they would check and call me. No call, and no glass. Had to go in and get my money back after 2 weeks with no work.

  I had hoped to use them in helping me build a custom shower door and side glass panel after having trouble getting a response from KY mirror and plate glass. But unfortunately I couldn’t get together with them on a price that will work for my customer and myself, and their turnaround time was quite a ways out. Fortunately I got the call back I was looking for w a great price AND almost no turnaround time!! I’m sure I’ll try hub city again in the future tho.

  If you're in a hurry, do not get this Business to do any work for you, it wouldn't let me review any lower than 1 star. On May 10, 2019 we dropped off a vinyl window to have the glass replaced. Date is clearly stated on our invoice. We had sold a house and the closing date was three weeks away and we were told it would be no problem to have it completed in plenty of time. After NUMEROUS calls, were got a call on June 6, 2019 that the window was ready to be picked up. After 41 days, you would think they would have offered a discount for not only our trouble, but the young man that bought our house.
