  I called Hornback Plumbing yesterday 3/11 and told them of my issue and I had an appointment set up for the next morning between 8 and 10. Josh and Sam arrived around 9 am came in saw what was needed and went right to work fixing my kitchen faucet. They were two very nice techs and were in and out in about 35 minutes. I now have a beautiful faucet and a new plumber that I will most definitely use again in the near future. Highly recommend Hornback Plumbing. 5 stars and on a scale of 1-10 they are an eleven

  Very professional, intentional, and fast service. We’ve had them out a number of times and they always explain the situation well and are ready to provide. Prices seem very competitive too for such great service. Every employee has been so kind and clear too! Luke is who I had this time and he was great and relatable!

  I am writing to share my positive experience with Lucas Knight, who visited my home today for a spring service on my unit. I was very pleased with his professional manner and positive attitude. He took the time to go over all the relevant information concerning my system and presented me with new products available to help improve its performance. I am very satisfied with the service call provided today.

  Noah with Hornback Plumbing is a very kind and helpful guy who knows his job! Always concerned of our needs and helps us get right to our problem! He goes above and beyond. Our heat was out in our shower and come several times to help us on a temporary fix. This last time we decided to completely fix the problem! He did great work! It’s fixed!

  Yesterday Hornbeck Plumbing Technician Mr. Dalton Johnson came to my home to service my Tankless Water Heater (TWH), that Hornback Plumbing installed back in March of 2021,and to also replace my kitchen sink fossette. I’m all about customer service and Mr. Dalton Johnson did an absolutely fantastic job and that’s coming from an OLD hard to please retired Army Vet who’s all about getting what he pays for which seems to be an issue these days. This Young Man not only did a great job repairing my TWH and my kitchen sink fossette he also explained what was wrong and what he did to repair the TWH with screenshots. Thank you so much Dalton Johnson for a job well done and thank you Hornbeck Plumbing for providing me next day service. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!
