  Came | Saw | Shrugged — When I called this company for a plumbing emergency, water was leaking into a lower-level bedroom every time the upstairs toilet flushed — not exactly a minor issue. The plumber arrived around 9:45 a.m., called for access, and within fifteen minutes declared there was “no leak.” After walking him through (for the second time) where the pipes and lower-level bathroom were located, we discovered together that water was in fact pouring into the basement from an upstairs bath. He said it would need to be augered but then informed me he only brought a five-foot auger. For perspective, most homeowners keep a five-foot auger on hand — and any female (myself included) could easily operate one. It’s basically the plumbing equivalent of bringing a butter knife to a sword fight. He ran the short auger on all three toilets but couldn’t clear the blockage. I pointed out the clean-out in the lower level, which could have solved the problem, but he refused to open it because it would “make a mess.” Unfortunately, raw sewage was already making a mess in that exact spot, so that logic didn’t hold much water (pun intended). He packed up, charged nearly $200 for the visit, and left me with the same problem I started with. I called another local plumber, who arrived within two hours, used a proper 20-foot auger, and had everything cleared on the second attempt. In short: nice enough guy, but not equipped (literally) or willing to handle the job. If you’re looking for someone to stand near a plumbing problem and offer moral support, this is your man. If you actually want it fixed, call someone else.

  Bret was very friendly, listened to me about what my problems were and got right to work. He quickly fixed the problems. I have not been disappointed in the company or any of their employees . My first call was six years ago and this time I knew exactly who I was going to call the second time.

  Justin arrived in the twenty minutes he said he would when he called prior to his appointment. He was very professional, courteous and polite. He fixed the faucet with the constant running water fast so that it not only stopped the running water but is much easier to use . Justin is awesome!!!

  Justin did a great job installing a Water Heater in my home. He was very knowledgeable and efficient with my time. I recommend asking for him if you choose Daunhauser Plumbing .

  Newly installed shower wasn't draining properly. When I called Dauenhauer, they were able to get a plumber out that day. I received a text with his name and photo wwhen he was en route. He was able to fix the problem rapidly, and now it works just fine!
