  The Service man was nice, and friendly. Apt st 4:OO pm arrived 4:15 pm. The cable wire was down he replaced the cable wire on the right side. Fixed the problem. No new tracks was needed.

  We hired Elizabethtown Overhead to install a new garage on our house in Cecilia. They communicated well, showed up when they said they would, gave us all the options, catered to our budget and got us the right door. Travis did a fantastic job and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did to help bring our dream to life. Highly recommend this company to anyone with garage door needs. I was very impressed with their professionalism.

  I had an excellent experience with Elizabethtown Overhead from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding, and they were incredibly prompt in getting my garage door repaired. Everyone I interacted with, from Travis who came out to provide the estimate, Trina who scheduled the appointment, and the young man (sorry didn’t catch your name) who completed the repair were nothing short of friendly, polite, and they all truly made me feel like a valued customer. The technician who handled the repair went above and beyond my expectations, making sure my garage door was 110% in working order before he left. He also took the time to politely point out a few things that had been done incorrectly by a previous company that serviced my garage door through a “whole home service” package. Without hesitation, he corrected those issues as well, ensuring everything was operating exactly as it should. I genuinely appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail, and care shown throughout this entire process. I highly recommend Elizabethtown Overhead to anyone in need of garage door service, trust me…you won’t be disappointed!
