- ATAlexander ToccoAug 16, 20225.0I got a home inspection from a Kevin F. I called and he pitched a great inspection over the conversation, said he'd inspect it like he's my brother. Then he does his inspection and completely skipped the entire electrical portion, I also later found I had 2 gas leaks and 2 water leaks in the pipes in the basement. Also. The furnace wasn't working... But despite overlooking those things, the fact he openly skipped over the entire electrical check, but then charged me full price and didn't offer to come back out for the electrical all just really irked me and ultimately the lack of a check was pretty infuriating but again, the leaks I suppose MAY have been overlooked idk. I found them though so??.. but it was alot of headache to get stuck with. And again got charged full price for not even a full service and didn't even offer to check the electrical another time either, idk. Rubs me wrong. Edit: my apologies, it was a different one, I guess they actually shut down recently.
