  I have used Total Home Care several times, they have done Tuck Pointing, remodeled my basement. All the work has been great. I love how friendly everyone has been.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I Bought a house recently that was renovated by the owner of Total Home Care and after lying and backtracking through the entire buying process I find that the work he did was subpar at best but honestly just deceptive and fraudulent. The day I moved and ran water in the kitchen sink the cabinet filled up with water because the garbage disposal was not installed correctly. A week after moving it was found that the pipes under the master bath were not secure and water damaged subfloor and first floor ceiling. When offered the chance to fix the issue to stand by his work he responded with “lol tell her to call a plumber.” Now a few weeks later the entire first floor wall and windows need replaced because of missing flashing on the deck, the previous damage was just dry walled over and not disclosed. One of the toilets needs to be reset because it wobbles and ALL the faucets are loose, like he can’t tighten a bolt. Don’t be fooled by the Christian symbols this dude hides behind on his signs, He’s a deceptive snake. 🐍 ETA: the company Andy Ashcraft uses to flip houses is called Sugar Blue Investments. If you’re in the market for a house RUN if this is the company selling Another edit: As the competent contractors continue to make repairs and fine more and more issues that were covered with gallons of caulk, it was found that good ole Andy installed a sliding glass door and carpet over a literal hole in the floor. Negligence at its finest.

  It took a while to get on their calendar... I am sure it was a mutual miscommunication. Andy and his crew were quick, precise, and careful as they replaced the stucco and flashing around my chimney, three stories up. The bill was less than the estimate! Never seen that before! They left after a thorough cleaning of the work area. I am very happy and highly recommend them.

  Getting someone out to your house for estimates and repairs has been hard these days BUT I remembered Total Home Care from work they did for me quite awhile ago and gave them a call. Not only did they come right out, but they gave me an estimate right away and were out to do the work within a week or so. They did a fantastic job tackling my front steps (replacement) so I asked them for advice and an estimate for some larger and more complicated jobs. They came back a couple of times to examine the job and talk to me about it, and to plan out the job. Once they did that it was a very short time before they were back out and completed the work. This involved digging around a concrete wall and foundation, making repairs and setting up a drainage system -- a repair that has really solved a huge leakage/drainage issue I had. They also replaced a rotten balcony floor with something more durable. I guess they are not the cheapest in town but they are reasonable ESPECIALLY for this top quality work and service. THANKS! (Shout out, too, to the office staff who were very helpful as well).
