One of the owners made appointments with me and they did not show up either of the 2 times. The first time I was told he missed my reply notification and the second time I am just being ghosted. When I first contacted SAS I informed them of the lack of consideration contractors seem to have for people's time and contractors are showing a lack of follow through and promises. I was a shured that SAS "strive to differ from the rest of the world and try to keep great communication at all times." That does not seem to be the case. It seems that SAS does quality work per reviews but just are not good with follow through.
