- LCLloyd carterDec 27, 20251.0I. Guess I should have posted this earlier, if I would have it might have saved someone some frustration. One of the owners made appointments with me and they did not show up either of the 2 times. The first time I was told he missed my reply notification and the second time I am just being ghosted. When I first contacted SAS I informed them of the lack of consideration contractors seem to have for people's time and contractors are showing a lack of follow through and promises. I was a shured that SAS "strive to differ from the rest of the world and try to keep great communication at all times." That does not seem to be the case. It seems that SAS does quality work per reviews but just are not good with follow through.

They transformed my crude drawing into a horse barn far exceeds my wildest expectations. The men are meticulous craftsmen who take great pride in their work. Often they showed up early and worked late. And they are the nicest people, going the extra mile to help us. It has been a true pleasure to have them on our farm. Nathan and Scott truly mean it when they say they want their customers to be happy. When I had a question or a concern, they addressed immediately. They are great listeners and top-notch builders. Jerry, their electrician, ensured the ceiling fans and wall fans circulate the air and keep us all cool. The lighting in my barn is fantastic. He listened to my needs for great lighting and made sure the stalls, feed room, hay area, and tack room are brightly lit with a soft glow. No shadows. Of course, everything is to code. The whole process, from initial consultation to finish, has been seamless. Nathan knew how to communicate with the insurance company to maximize our claim. The building materials were all top quality. They did not skimp anywhere. Nathan is a great communicator. When I texted him, he quickly responded. He always kept me in the loop so I knew what was going on. He was always honest and straightforward with me. Thanks to SAS Construction, we've enjoyed the best summer I can remember. It was fun to see the various projects come to life. It felt like Christmas every day. I would highly recommend SAS Construction for any project.
