  I called on Saturday and spoke with Samantha and she was so friendly and helpful. She apologized for having phone issues and called me back within seconds. She made sure I was took care of and helped me get the right email to get into touch with someone. She took her time and even replied back to my email to make sure I knew she received it. You don’t get nice customer service anymore and I really enjoyed her happy tone and helpfulness.

  Got a water heater replaced. Was it very pleasantly surprised when I called and was told they could do the work the very next day. They sent out technician Blake and he gave me the cost of the work. After I agreed to what they needed for the work he wouldn't get the parts and someone else to help with the work from start to finish the job was done within 4 hours. Very pleased with Blake and Mike and their work ethic they were very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this company if you need Plumbing work and done quickly.

  We are so extremely pleased with the service and professional way everyone at Apex Solutions have handled themselves. The timely manner which the job was completely was beyond our expectations. Aron & Oscar pumped our two tank and installed an new septic pump system with alarm as well as run a new electric line. We will absolutely refer all we know to Apex Solutions. Thank you all.

  Aaron and Casey did a great job fixing our tankless water heater. They were pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. Their work functions great, looks great and they really did a good job of cleaning up when they were done. Zack also came out to check out our furnace and while talking with the three of them we decided to get service contract to keep our plumbing, hvac and electrical systems serviced and running smoothly all year long. Thanks to Aaron, Casey and Zack we are happy Apex customers.

  Dude refused to even try a smaller drain cleaner , prices are crazy high for no reason. Its 58$ just for them to look at it and if you say no thanks to the service you paid them 58$ for a phone call. (They can wave it which is what he did but still) A simple sewage snake cleanout its 700$ you could buy your own machine for that. Highest prices I've had come out to the house by far. Router rooter or whatever its called is high but not that high as apex and its the same exact service, why pay more. 450$ for them by the way. It comes down to the techs and if they feel like it. They can say what they want to there dispatch as long as there's a picture attached to it. Thats facts. Also I don't want to hear a fake apology from you guys I had you install a new water hose spigot and it spews water under the kitchen sink all into my kitchen every time I use it. You have some one come out here to fix the first problem and maybe I'll edit this post. 350$ for the water spigot replacement by the way.
