  I had a great experience working with Thomas Massey from Cummins Plumbing. He was professional, friendly, and truly knowledgeable about his work. Thomas took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done right the first time. He showed up on time, respected my home, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service, but Thomas does just that. I highly recommend him and Cummins Plumbing to anyone who needs reliable, high-quality plumbing work.

  Competitive price and grit only go so far when theres a universal lack of experience. For the last year I've worked with Oscar and his crew and without fail, every single job or repair we've engaged them on has had issues. We've had water heaters installed, water lines replaced, drain lines replaced and filtration systems installed. Days to months after each we've had heated water in our toilets, pipes that spontaneously leak / not connected to anything / filtration systems gushing water down into walls, etc. Ask for them to take pictures of any repair and you can guarantee Oscar will smash his phone before he can send them to you. Literally happened three different times. Coincidence? Unfortunately not. End of the day, Oscar is a good salesman and a half decent plumber, who will figure things out. But 9 times out of 10, Oscar will start your job but not be the one to finish it. He'll bring 4 people with him who don't know what they are doing and they will proceed to jack up your job (Look out for anyone named Chuck) so that neither you or Oscar can figure out what's going on. Assuming that Oscar meant well, has a young business and was trying - we've been patient, waiting months for him to come fix some of our failed projects, and if we could actually get in touch with Oscar he'd settle everything down and say he was going to come fix it, personally. Well as it turns out, Oscar has no intention to fix it personally, he unfortunately lied directly to us multiple times, continuing to send a rotation of various people to make an even bigger more expensive mess. At first we went along with this, gambling that any fix was better than no fix - but that was very wrong. We've had to pay other plumbers more money to fix the jobs Oscar Cummins crew completed. It's honestly sad to see an immature business with high potential start losing its integrity because they're just too busy - when you focus on quantity instead of quality - that means theres more and more burnt customers like me picking up the pieces and that kind of reputation catches up to you, eventually. I'm absolutely a real customer and would be happy to speak to any potential customers in detail about my 15 month experience - just reach out.

  Plumbed a new house for me. Very courteous/respectful crew who showed up when I needed them to and completed the job In a timely manner allowing me to finish the project on time. Would recommend and will be using again.
