  Apex Solutions was very professional. They explain everything before working and make sure you know what’s going on at anytime. Technicians Jordan and Lee were very professional and kept everything very tidy. I would greatly recommend Apex Solutions for your needs.   Even though Apex is quite pricy, the work they do is tremendous. They sent text messages letting us know when the plumber would be here and including a photo which is greatly appreciated.Joe April was our plumber and he did a terrific job explaining what he was doing and giving an accurate estimate of the cost. He left the bathrooms immaculate when he finished his work.

  Apex Solutions quickly came to our home to help with a septic system emergency. All the people that have worked to correct this have been friendly, knowledgable and professional. Aaron, Devon and George worked very long hours to complete installing a whole new septic system. We also appreciated the help of Rodney, Oscar and Kasey on this project.

  I called on a Friday night. The local gas company had turned gas back on in our neighborhood but were unable to light the pilot on my water heater. I called Apex because I’ve used their service in the past. They dispatched someone right away. Turned out that the value you press to allow gas in to light the pilot was broken. Since the old unit was from 1997 we decided it best to replace it. I was so pleased with the service and the new water heater was up and running in no time. Joseph April does excellent work (and didn’t mind an old lady watching him and asking questions). Mike Adams joined to assist the install. Nice men.

  I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to Aaron Raley and Oscar Navarro for exceeding all expectations. Their exceptional service transformed what would have been a disastrous situation into a manageable one. Following a 3 1/2 hour drive from Ohio to our preferred destination, we encountered an unforeseen issue when all our pipes froze and burst. Given the presence of my handicapped sister-in-law, this situation became particularly challenging. Fortunately, my wife's decision to contact Apex proved to be instrumental in resolving the crisis. Aaron and Oscar demonstrated outstanding teamwork, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. Throughout the 12-hour duration, they worked tirelessly without taking breaks, displaying dedication and commitment to completing the task. Their exceptional work ethic and courtesy made a significant difference. I wholeheartedly appreciate Apex's decision to employ such outstanding professionals.
