  Very prompt attention to my septic issues. Fantastic customer service. Excellent work at a reasonable price. In this day and age it’s refreshing to see a business operate in such a good manner.

  Having a drainage problem. Called in the morning and within a hour they were here! I bought the property about 4 years ago and had no idea where the septic tank was. I never had a septic tank. They found the tank and the problem in ,15 minutes! A hour later they were done!! Great service very professional will definitely call them again!

  I don’t know why this company does not have many reviews, they do outstanding work and go above and beyond for their customers, 8 months ago I had a septic nightmare on my hands, had just purchased a home only to immediately have issues with the septic and found out it was illegally installed and needed to be corrected. I called a local Princeton Kentucky septic guy who gave me a high quote and was too lazy to show up and do the work never returned my calls, I tried for months to find somebody to show up to no avail. Finally I got in contact with Southern Septic, they sent a guy out the next day and had an estimate for me 1000 dollars cheaper than the other guy who never showed up. I agreed to the services and they had a new septic installed shortly after. It doesn’t end there with this great company, shortly after install, it rained for dang near three months straight making the trip to come back out and level the dirt out with equipment impossible. I called them up when it finally stopped raining and dried out, he was out the next day leveling everything out and making it all look nice FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE! I highly recommend this company for all your septic needs, especially if you live in Princeton Kentucky! Hands down a very polite, professional, courteous, and timely company!   I had a hard time finding a plumber that could fix my problem. I had something leaking in a hard-to-reach place in my crawlspace, and it was causing an awful smell in my house. I had several people look at it, as close as they could, but no one would get all the way in there and give me a definite diagnosis. I called Southern Septic and left a message at 4:00 on a Friday. I got a call back the next morning and set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. The guy that came was on time, got right up in there and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken kitchen sink drainage pipe, with an excessive amount of water pooled in my crawlspace. He called his other two guys who came right out, pumped about a 1,000 gallons of water out of my crawlspace, then he got back in there and fixed the pipe. Whole job was done within a few hours. The guys I dealt with were professional, and were able to answer every question I had for them. I was very happy with this service, and will use them again.
