  Sensor went out Sunday. Shaun was here first thing Monday morning. Sensor delivered from headquarters and repaired within less than two hours. Outstanding! No charge...under warranty.

  I woke up at 6:00 am on a frigid December morning and had a message from my smart thermostat that it was calling for heat and the furnace was not responding. After some quick troubleshooting, I called a few places to see who could come out and look at quickly. I talked to someone at 6:30 am, and they were at the house by 8:15. The technician diagnosed several issues with my aging (18 year old) furnace and gave us options to repair vs. replace. After talking through options, we decided to replace - this was around 10:30am or so. By noon, the installation crew was there to take out the old furnace, and the new one was installed by 6:30 that evening. Everyone we talked to was friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious about their work. They also offered 12 mos same as cash, which was helpful to spread out the large unexpected expense! I did consider getting a 2nd opinion on the repair bill, but in the end decided we were near the end of the life expectancy of our furnace, so whatever repairs we did might just buy another 1-3 years of having to do this work so just bit the bullet. In the end, we were happy with the service, their ability to get a pretty major job done same day, and the overall experience of dealing with everyone here.

  Had new geothermal unit installed and purchased the whole house humidifier (add. $700)with it in the fall of 2022. We have had nothing but issues with the humidifier from when it was first installed. After several calls to let them know that it caused our sump pump to continually run day and night they came out to tell us that something had been installed incorrectly and they corrected the problem. However, the sump pump continued to go off continously. Called again and they came out again said they changed something with the water pressure and changed the filter in the humidifier cause it looked like it was a year old already and only a few months old. Sump pump continued to run called again and was told we needed to call a plumber and have the sump pump checked and needed to shut the water supply down till they came out. Plumber came out and said it was fine. We were frustrated and left the water supply off to it until recently when we had them come back out to have a bad sensor replaced 1/2026. Had them look at the humidifier again. He went to turn the water back on to the humidifier and water spews everywhere says it needs a new/ different fitting now. The tech mentioned they dont even install them anymore?? I wonder why? I told him I didn't want it anymore . I called the office to speak to someone about having it removed and perhaps some type of credit towards future repairs. I was told at that time for the first time that 17,000 gallons of water can go through that and will make the sump go off like it did and they couldn't/ wouldn't offer any kind of credit due to the age of humidifier now and that the tech was incorrect they still sell/ install them???? Please think twice about having it installed. Its been a nightmare for us .
