He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and took the time to answer our questions without trying to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. When the installers, Branden and Nick, arrived, they were polite, informative, and respectful throughout the entire process. After completing the installation, they walked us through how everything worked, including the new thermostat, and made sure we were comfortable with the system. They truly went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. We appreciate their excellent work and attention to detail.

When our regular HVAC company turned their client list over to another provider, the new technician spent only about 20–25 minutes on a maintenance service before telling us we needed a brand-new furnace—and that they could have someone out immediately to give us a quote. That didn’t sit right with us, so we decided to look for another company ourselves and found A&B. Jason, our technician from A&B, was thoughtful, friendly, and highly skilled. He performed an extremely thorough inspection and maintenance, spending the time our system actually needed and explaining everything he did in clear detail. It was refreshing to work with someone who truly cared about the quality of their work and our comfort as customers. We feel confident knowing our system is in great hands. Highly recommended!
