The installer, Donnie Lee did an outstanding job installing the windows. He explained how to use them once he was finished, and most importantly, he cleaned any mess that occurred during the process. Very impressed from start to finish!! Plus, we get a lifetime warranty with our new windows and if we sell the house, the warranty is transferable. Very pleased so far!!!!
