And the comment: "Too many trailers go missing and never come back" is presumptive and unprofessional. Not an effective strategy for growing revenue with future business.

I arrived to pick up boom lift and was given the wrong item so I canceled. I was waiting for refund and possibly locating another lift, turns out the GPS on the lift I rented had been delivered to the incorrect location and I was charged double the amount I was quoted.
