- JSJoseph StablerOct 27, 20251.0This UR store waited nearly 5 days, after a rental reservation request, to inform me they cannot rent a trailer to me without setting up a charge account, forcing me to scramble to find a replacement for a pickup in two days. And the comment: "Too many trailers go missing and never come back" is presumptive and unprofessional. Not an effective strategy for growing revenue with future business.
