  So bad at there job they are rude and I will NEVER let them come near my house again 0/10 you don’t even deserve a 1 star very overpriced I payed $2,300 i paid $100 to even have a call with them it’s ridiculous never in my life have I ever had such a bad experience

  Do not recommend! This company came to my home to repair a kitchen drain when assigned by my insurance. The technician did not give me an option to upgrade the drain to match my sink. I would have been more than willing to pay the difference. Instead he put a silver drain in a white sink. I called the plumber when I got home and was brushed off and told the insurance company was their customer not me and I would have to call them. So, I called my insurance company and they authorized this service to come back to make it right but this company declined because I did not give them a good rating. Instead of choosing to make a customer happy they took the money and ran. I would have given a good review if my initial concern was taken seriously. I would think a company would appreciate being given a second chance to turn a bad review into a positive one.

  They were on time, efficient, work was completed in a timely manner, and very professional if we could give 10 Stars we would, we will definitely recommend this company.

  I had a great experience with Kremer Plumbing! They were able to get me on the schedule very quickly and got the job done at a very reasonable price!! I’ll definitely hire them again next time my plumbing decides to hate me.
