- EPerick petersenSep 8, 20252.0Lost my trust on this last rental. A cautionary tale to customers. Rented equipment and they asked if they could drop it off the night prior as it was more convenient. Then at their convenience made my contract from 7am-7am. I didn’t think much of it since in the past they’ve been really slow to pick up and even leaving equipment an extra day or so. Call me 8:40 the next day to pick up. I asked if they could come at 11 as that would help me out. (Had they dropped off the day of likely I’d have that extra time) They quickly stated that’s an extra day rental and promptly charged an additional $371. Come the next day it’s past 11 and equipment still sitting here. Glad you were able to weasel that extra day out of me. Hopefully that business practice works out for you.

(Tracked skid steer with hydraulic breaker.) Called to order the equipment at 2:00pm. Unit was onsite at 4:00pm. Job was done at 7:00pm before rain set in for the next week. VERY pleased with the service and quality of equipment. No surprises. No drama. Smooth transaction.
