- RMRondy MartinMay 26, 20221.0Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Initially called local dealer in Winfield to handle some repairs on a building on my farm. Sales person Randy refused to answers calls or messages and only after calling the corporate office was I given the time of day after over 3 months of calling. Eventually I purchased the materials I needed and went to pick them up at the facility in Winfield. Staff was unhelpful and the yard staff couldn’t have cared less that I was there. Would never purchase a building from this company and have chosen Beachy contracting for my next two buildings.
