  This place came out to look at my AC because it wasn't working and I said it's probably leaking. The guy comes out and determines it is leaking and and after an hour of testing says he can't find the leak. They quote me 7500 dollars for a new system and leave while charging me 225 dollars for telling me something I already knew. I got a second opinion from Alpha HVAC and they quickly figured out where it was leaking and decided it was better in the long term to replace the whole system which they did for only 4000 dollars. Roth heating and air is incompetent and a scam

  Have had Roth for service for over 30 yrs. They are always on time. Courteous and explain any questions. New units were installed and my house is htg/cooling much better. Shout out to installation team especially Tony. Thank you!!

  After all the problems with my mini split system, I decided to replace it. I knew I wanted a Mitsubishi this time, but also knew I couldn't possibly afford one. I decided to give Roth a try because the company and I have been neighbors for probably 40 years now. Joe came over on Monday afternoon, said he understood I wanted a Mitsubishi, but didn't think I could afford one. He called the distributor, worked out a deal and got me one for a heck of a good price. It was a little higher than the max I wanted to pay for a new system, but well below what I expected to pay for Mitsubishi. They did have other respected brands in my desired price range, but for a little more the Mitsubishi was a no brainer.Two days later the crew arrived and installed the system.They were polite, friendly young men. I was satisfied with installation of my previous mini split, but the difference in this installation was like night and day! The old one on the plastic mount was gradually sinking and I was going to have to have it raised soon.Roth brought a large, thick cement slab, mounted the unit on large rubber feet and heavy duty metal legs. It's not going anywhere! They also put a decorative cover on the line sets. which I didn't have with the previous system. It'll take awhile to get a complete opinion on the unit itself, but I'm not reviewing the system, I'm reviewing Roth. Professional, courteous, competent, thorough and friendly. The owner was out the next day to inspect and make sure I was satisfied. Nice labor warranty, I couldn't be more pleased! Just sayin.

  Kobe and Christian where my technicians today and where two outstanding young gentlemen. Arrived on time and prepared to do the job assigned they where friendly every step of the way and took the time to protect my home while safely navigating all the obstacles in the way. I will be using Roth Heating and air in the future for ALL my hvac needs because of these two young gentlemen. Kindness, courtesy, respect and a proper work ethic was delivered today and Im greatful to have been givin then opportunity to share my day with two young men that I would gladly recommend to anyone. Have a blessed day in all you do, and in all you do be a blessing to others. Thank you....p.s Rebecca was also very easy to talk to over the phone helping me to arrange this appointment. 10 star crew all around.

  Our heater quit working on Saturday when it was 2°. Randy, our technician was able to come out right away, got us up and running for the weekend and charged a reasonable rate. He was also extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Will definitely be using them again.
