When Sheldon came out he asked what the problem was and I showed him that I was unable to get a new screen in the window after replacing it due to hail damage. The windows were fine just needed to install one screen. Sheldon got a couple of tools and within minutes had the screen back in its place. His efforts solved the problem and saved me having to buy 2 new windows. Thank you again, Sheldon!
