- HCHolden CaulfieldJun 13, 20255.0We hired Truett to put a new roof on our house a few years ago. Recently we had a large leak that caused severe damage to our ceiling in the kitchen. We contacted Truett to have them come look at the roof and we found out that the damage was caused by a large branch that had fallen and punctured a hole through the roof. Even though the damage had nothing to do with the installation of the roof Truett Roofing fixed it for us because it was under warranty. They didn’t have to do this but they did anyway. We can’t say how much we appreciate what they did and for the customer service that they provided.
