The first time he came out he didn't leave until he diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and the second time he came out he welded in a filter to hopefully prevent this problem in the future, and gave us a quote on a new unit. We just need to save up and we'll be calling them out again for a new HVAC unit installation in the spring.
