- RRRon RagonDec 30, 20255.0Gil showed up as scheduled, took the time to ascertain the situation and got to work. We needed a new thermostat and after familiarizing himself with the wiring for our particular system the old thermostat was removed and the new one installed post haste! Safety protocols were used by shutting off power during installation. The new thermostat was programmed and all functions were tested. Gil took the time to explain how to operate our new device, cleaned up spare parts and tools and then went out to his service van. He returned with the invoice and made quick work of processing my payment. Talk about professionalism, competence and customer relations - he hit all the bases! Thanks Gl and Ross Heating & Air!
