Called Midwest Mechanical and they contacted me back within 30 minutes, gave me an arrival time and identified the technician. They responded with two techs and two trucks and did exceptional work. Replaced a melted regulator and we were in business. It was a Saturday with a service fee but would still beat a plumbing freezing repair. Highly recommend them.

He is friendly and efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend Shon and Midwest Mechanical to anyone needing work done or their system replaced.

He was able to quickly identify the problem and he also explained why it occurred and how he was fixing the issue. He provided a detailed explanation such that I could figure out what the codes meant that the computer was identifying and how to reduce the issue in the future. Lee was not only a good repairman but also a good teacher on how to determine future problems and how to reduce the issue. I will definitely call Midwest Mechanical the next time I need to have it serviced again. They are a solid 5 rating.
