I'm a big talker, he was very precise and understandable. He used different snakes for the plugged drain. Worked diligently to unstop it, then found the root of the problem in the basement crawlspace. I will need the old pipe replaced. I was glad to find out why there always a back up in that drain. We set up a time frame for Eck services to come out and replace it. I was happy with the overall visit, thanks to Brady. He's Great!

This most recent was with Mitchell Bean when my mother-in-law's heater didn't turn on in the recent cold snap. I was kept up to date on their arrival time. I was unable to be there initially for their arrival but had left notes about where the heater and the thermometer were so they could enter the house and start addressing the problem. When I arrived they had performed maintenance and diagnostics and were ready to address the problem. After thoroughly explaining it in a way I could understand, they got right to work and got the heater up and going. Eck does seem to have a knack for hiring talented and multi system thinking employees who can solve the immediate problems, but also are able to inform you about long-term problems that might arise and future maintenance that needs to occur. I appreciated Mitchell's assessment and checklist of things I needed to do in the future. While their prices can be higher than other local companies, they reliably show up and get the job done, and that has kept me calling them for any plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issues. Their employees having great personalities is just an awesome bonus.

Their employee Chris came out and provided me an estimate that was $600 dollars cheaper than his competitors through Angi List. I called Eck directly through Google. Needless to say, I chose Eck for the job. Chris did an excellent job and even put a new cord on my dryer, which wasn't expected. I'm currently considering them for additional electrical at my home.

He was very personable and professional.
