  Called Eck to see if we could get someone out to fix a leak we had under our kitchen sink that was dripping down into the basement. Troye was able to come out within two hours of calling and got us squared away quickly, and got a new faucet installed for us! Very happy with the service we were given, just wish there wasn’t an after hour service fee when the business is in their normal operating hours according to their website. Outside of that, Troye was awesome and I would highly recommend him!

  GREAT service. I just wanted to point out Corbyn B in Wichita did a fantastic job for me. Very trustworthy, i didn't get the normal "yep, just replace it" --he took his time, found options, saved me money on the job while still making a good sale for the company. This is hard to find in plumbers across the board so I would like to recognize him. Thanks again Corbyn

  Eck Services, Tom Wise and his assistant, did a great job of coming in and troubleshooting our electrical issue. Took a while but after checking all the breakers and outlets, found 2 outlets that were burnt up and shorting out, behind the headboard of the bed. Potential to start major fire was averted. Guys were very comprehensive and helpful while explaining issue. I will for sure recommend Eck Services to all my friends and won't hesitate to use them again.

  I had an emergency plumbing issue and called Eck Services. DJ was at my house within an hour and got everything fixed quickly and professionally. He explained what was going on, handled it efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Fast response, solid work, and no runaround. I really appreciate the quick service and would definitely recommend Eck Services to anyone needing reliable plumbing help.

  Contacted Eck to address our sewer line after it started backing up again even though Eck had replaced most of the line from the house manifold to the sewer tap. Derick was able to come out the same day and clean out the sewer line so it would start draining again before a pending snow storm was going to hit. He was also able to determine the reason why the sewer line was backing up again was because roots from a nearby tree had started to invade where our line tapped into the city sewer main. Was a bummer to hear given that the majority of our sewer line was replaced just a couple years earlier to address this problem, but at least we had now identified the main cause so it could be addressed long term.
