I highly recommend this team of professionals for window installation. They worked diligently with me throughout the insurance claim process to secure a full window replacement, making everything smooth and stress-free. The new black window frames completely transformed the look of my home, giving it a stunning, elegant finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent communication stood out from start to finish—and I didn’t pay a single penny out of pocket.. 😁
Rick, the owner, is easy to work with, very knowledgeable, straight forward, and diligent. The installation team was professional, efficient, and cleaned up the work site upon completion of my new patio door install. I will definitely use Dan Dan The Window Man for my future window replacement project!

Quality product, professional services and affordable prices! After getting a few quotes on replacing all my windows and doors in my 75 year home I was a little bit shocked on the various price ranges. Finally got a referral from a friend to call Rick at Dan Dan The Window Man and so glad I did! He explained the process to me and was very down to earth. His team was awesome and kept me informed with their schedule and what they would be doing throughout the day. The end result is everything I hoped it would be! Highly recommend Rick, Bill, and Cory to take care of your window and door replacements! Excellent work guys!!

TLDR: Rick may or may not stand behind his warranty. Buyer beware.
I was thrown out of Rick’s office/showroom yesterday afternoon (October 8th 2025) with him angrily yelling.
For context, the following will recap what let to this experience.
1) We purchased (3) windows from Rick and were installed in 2022. No issues with sales or install. Rick “provides” warranty for these windows which includes broken panes.
2) Within 18 months we had a broken pane on one of the windows. (Cause unknown) No issues were had and Rick had pane replaced.
3) 8 weeks ago the same pane is broken again. Both times we have found the window spiderwebbed without a known cause.
4) I contact Rick to get repairs. I am to provide year of install and he will get back to me. Rick is slow to respond. I wait. And wait. He calls several weeks later to inform me that he will be texting me the warranty information for the window repair. This was not the same process as before, but I waited to see what he was sending. 2 weeks later (a total of 8 since initially contacting him) I had still not received anything from Rick.
5) I decide it’s time to visit Rick’s office and see what is going on. Rick is there and proceeds to make a couple calls to get the information he had promised. Rick then explains that he no longer sells/installs the windows that he sold me and that I would need to go through the manufacturer to get repairs made. He gives me an email address and a 800 number on a sticky note and wished me luck.
6) I voice my displeasure to Rick and that I found that business practice quite shady. I also reminded him that it took 8 weeks along with me tracking him down to find out he isn’t standing behind the warranty that he “provided”.
7) Me pointing out those facts upset Rick. Rick turned to pRick real quick. He immediately starts yelling for me to leave his office and to never return!!! We had a good ol fashioned shouting match. Good times!! Thanks Rick!!
