This facility is a Senior Living facility, so getting these repairs done correctly and quickly was my topmost priority. The Briggs team was on site the day after I signed the contract to begin repairs. Everyone from the estimator Daren, the crew, to the office staff were great to work with. Communication was prompt, the price was fair and affordable, and the foundation remediated of leaks. I would highly recommend this team and company to anyone needing foundation repair, my family, friends, and other facility directors within my company. Great outfit to work with

We are local Realtors with way more experience than most on foundations - good and bad. Briggs is ABSOLUTELY the only choice. First, you will get an honest answer. Do not pay for a $20,000 fix if you only need a $300 fix! Briggs will always tell you the truth. Second, they are economical. Lets face it - leaking in your foundation is not cheap. But NOT fixing it is fatal. To your health, your investment, and your safety. Briggs understands how hard you work for your money, they respect your property and your dollars. Finally, they back up what they say. A written warranty is only as good as the company that writes it. Briggs stands behind every single word. We have personally seen them answer questions about a warranty that is several years (and owners) old. If you have made it this far, you need to just stop looking at reviews and trust Briggs!
