Showed up about 2 hours after the call. I asked the installer, Ralph, why they were available so soon and he explained that during their busy season they open up their hours and work until about 10 pm - unlike most of the other companies. He figured out the issue within 15 minutes, went and picked up parts, showed back up in under 30 minutes, and finished the job. Awesome technician - explained everything he was doing to me and said he would do whatever he could to get me fixed for the best price. Fantastic experience with these guys.
