  At first I was disappointed with them because we had set up a day and time and no one showed up. But I got over it and called them back out and they sent out Ebuka. He was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to fix the problem. He was also friendly and kept me in the loop with what was going on.

  I highly recommend this company. I called them and they were able to come out the next day and complete the repairs. The office staff were friendly and easy to work with to coordinate the appointment. They send a photo and a brief bio of the technician before arrival. Justin and his assistant Stephen were a pleasure to work with and I would welcome them back any time I need plumbing work. The repair was accomplished quickly and professionally and I felt the price was reasonable. Thanks for the great service.

  Eric did a thorough job and offered a free plumbing inspection which helped me understand my home better. The work was done quickly and he made sure to leave the area in as good of shape as he found it in. Removed one star for the cost. I paid $281 for an hour of work. They “waived” a $70 fee just for coming out when I questioned the scheduler - I have a feeling that’s why the bill is astronomical. Appreciate Eric’s time - will be finding a plumbing company who isn’t charging rates through the roof. PS - I supplied what was installed and the other was fixing a leak - no new parts were added, he used sealant which also doesn’t account for the price.

  We are extremely pleased with the services we received from Bowers. We reached out to Bowers for pricing and installation of a home water softener system. Josh Birkemo came out and did an amazing job job! He was professional, well mannered and incredibly polite! He was informative and walked me through use and up keep of the system. We will definitely return to Bowers for future plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone who needs anything plumbing, heating and air!

  Bower's replaced my HVAC system in March of 25, through NO fault of theirs the main control board went bad. Called them up and they came out diagnosed the problem and ordered the new board. Since it would be over the weekend for the new board to come in and the weather was suppose to get into the 90's they also brought out two portable AC units set them up and made sure every thing was cooling. This is a great company that knows how to treat their customers with great respect and stand 100% behind their work and products. Thank you Bower,s Team for making a stressful situation so easy to get through.
