  The guy that came was very very nice. I was disappointed because I booked to have tree roots swept from our line. I was told the service fee was $69. No other fee was mentioned. When he arrived he said it would be $412 dollars. Our usual plumber was unavailable and usually does it for $60 so I was stunned. Even some of the other companies were only upward of $160. I guess just confusion but still shocking and disappointing. Will check about a partial refund tomorrow.

  Austin was great..very friendly & professional, came out on a Saturday and got the job done in a timely manner...did a thorough clean up and even offered a military discount.... would recommend to anyone.
