- VVVanceSep 4, 20185.0I had a great experience renting at United Rentals. I rented a scissor lift for a big job that would have been impossible without it. The price was fair, especially for the utility of the rental and how long I needed it. As usual, I severely underestimated the time the job would take, and the UR staff was very understanding, and allowed me to hang on to the equipment much longer than originally planned for. I also ended up having the equipment through a long holiday weekend, and was not charged for the holiday. I interacted with no less than 5 of their employees during this time, and every one of them was friendly and went out of their way to help me. I grinned when I first got there, because they had up a sign that said "The answer is yes. Now what's your question?" I grinned because I thought "Yeah right." Turns out, they lived up to that sign, and I will definitely be giving them repeat business!
