A good handful of switches and outlets replaced was averaged out to over 100 dollars per device. A maintenance package and some gfi/afci breakers added an extra grand to the total.

I wasn't home, my wife said both gentlemen were diligent in checking things out, and basically told us that fans that have the switches like I have often have problems. So I would say the service was good even if it didn't resolve our issue. I am hoping that buying a new fan and installing it again will satisfy the issue, although when we did just that same thing one year ago, we immediately had the same problem as before. So we will see. But overall, my wife said the service was good
