  If I could put zero stars in would. My toilet destroyed, two bathrooms flooded , water damaged in its entirety. Multiple appointments hundreds of dollars and zero results. I paid money to now have to pay for the original issue to be fixed , and all the damages caused to also be fixed.

  They quoted me $550 to swap out an existing light with a new light that I had on hand. This should’ve been a $150-$200 job which I have since gotten done. I did wonder when they had someone available next day to get the job done, but the reviews were so high. I would’ve expected lower reviews with such exorbitant prices. I suppose if I had an emergency, they would be very responsive, but this was not an emergency. Maybe an emergency would’ve cost me even more.

  Once again the folks at Blue Dot made my day. This time around my need was electrical in nature. Was changing out outlets and hook ups in my home. Ran into some issues in my kitchen with a couple of circuits that have GFI outlets on them. Called Blue Dot late afternoon on a Monday. Had a technician out first thing Tuesday morning. Justin was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful! He diagnosed where I went wrong, explained it to me, and had us back in service in no time. We appreciate Blue Dot’s responsiveness and ability to help us in times of need. We’ve used them for plumbing and HVAC issues as well. Totally recommend them to anyone in need!

  The tech was courteous, experienced and excellent in his inspection. There was no pressure about what choices to make with the repairs needed. He gave me a honest quote and let me decide what l wanted to do. I love working with Blue Dot. They have gone the extra mile to come to my home whether it is evening, during the day or weekend to give me the help needed for heat or cooling needs. I highly recommend signing up for their monthly partnership of just $30 a month. It has honestly saved me a bundle off parts and no charge for a house call, even on weekends! It doesn't get any better than that!

  After spending hrs doing a research for an affordable plumber I found Blue Dot. My pick because I didn’t have to wait two weeks.Had water leaking and just shut it off. Blue Dot lets you know their on the way and when to expect them. They actually met and greated me first at house with needs. Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful plumber.Kept me informed as he went. They have a maintenance plan out of this world I’m definitely getting.
